In this video, we’re going to be going over our powerful technology stack. As you may or may not know, having powerful technology in your tool belt is critical for success in real estate. For the past decade, I’ve been piloting and testing emerging technologies in the real estate space, and I’m excited to share with you the technology partners I have acquired along the way to help you run your business. Each partner has been vetted and strategically selected to be part of our technology stack to provide you with the most optimized and powerful solutions. So let’s dive in and take a look at all the technology available to you at your realty.
First up is Propy, our transaction management software. With Propy agents can close transactions fast and easy. It’s amazing, intuitive, and it is a powerful technology that eliminates the need for multiple systems to manage your transaction and is by far the most superior and safe transaction management system in the market. Propy was, in my opinion, built with the vision to automate the sales process. This Palo Alto based company is writing new pages in real estate history by introducing technology that is entirely online but also driven by smart contracts on the blockchain.
Next up is our i-buyer software partner Zoodealio. Zoodealio is focused on ushering in a new era of i-buying and lead generation software, and we’re taking advantage of this partnership for sure. Their interactive Multi Offer Dashboard gives consumers an offer management system and Agent interaction tool never seen before in the marketplace. Additionally, Zoodealio’s proven lead generation cash offer website provides agents the ability to compete with i-buyers for seller leads and an advantage over other agents in their marketplace.
Next up, we use Chime for our CRM solution. Chime is a powerful CRM that runs on Autopilot. Agent set true use Chime for automated lead, nurture, email campaigns, database management and so much more. Essentially, Chime is where you store and communicate with your entire database. Additionally, Chime is unique in that it also provides fully customized website that can be edited to cater to your brand and your specific book of business.
Next up, let’s talk about our communication channels. Our in-house communication tool, Slack, is where you can have open chats with your fellow agents and brokers. By having open conversations, the team can learn from your chats. You can private message each other to as well. Slack is where you get the agendas for our weekly team meetings, our weekly trainings and links to all of our tech training. Slack is where all of our team chats start and begin.
Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, maybe even Tik Tok. Social media can be troublesome for many reasons. Whether you like it or not. ated by you or auto populated by back at your media. What’s more, you can advertise your posts nationally with retargeting ads to boost and reach your social media content. It’s an easy to use platform that allows you to set it and forget it.
An essential new platform offered to agents is Breakthrough Broker Breakthrough Broker is an essential marketing platform for real estate agents to help build their business. Breakthrough Broker provides an extensive catalog of premium content such as marketing tools, social media assistance, business plans, lead generation tech tips and inspiring webinars. You’ve certainly heard a lot of amazing tech that’s included in our comprehensive tech stack, all of these tools, from prospecting to closing, are essential to help you succeed.
And to continue, I want to talk about another amazing tool that’s featured in our arsenal, Open houses direct. Open Houses Direct is the first platform dedicated to simplifying the way home buyers find and attend open houses. With Open Houses Direct, potential buyers can locate save schedule map open houses in one convenient place. Open Houses Direct is a mobile application that provides a direct conversation with consumers looking to purchase homes. This power lead generation tool helps Tru Realty agents connect with buyers in an entirely new way and is a must have.
Are you ready to dominate your specific neighborhood? If, yes, Active Farm can help you do just that? Active Farm is a database of property owner information. Agents can extract information from this platform and dive into communities to build their database and strategically target listings. This is an extremely powerful listing tool for agents at Tru and another powerful addition to our tech stack.
As the last piece of our amazing tech stack, it’s time to talk about OP City, a.k.a. Realtor.com. This platform provides true agents access to motivated buyer leads in your area. Opcity is a performance based platform that rewards agents with better leads, the more active they are in the platform, the more leads they’re going to receive. Again, another powerful addition to our tech stack and one I’m really excited about.
